Sick

The cough and congestion I woke up with the other day has morphed into a full blown cold or flu or something that has completely kicked my butt. I’m sick. I have no energy or appetite whatsoever, so I haven’t done any exercise the last two days and my eating has suffered. I might as well be fasting as I only had about 300 calories today and a little over 600 yesterday.

All I could think about all day is that I’ve worked so hard over the last couple weeks and I’m so committed to making my body healthy and then I go and get sick. I really, really hope I start feeling better tomorrow so I can get back on track. I apologize if I don’t make it to comment on your blogs, I promise I will once I feel better.

Josie, don’t worry about our blogs, you need to get yourself well. Don’t beat yourself up over getting sick. Just take care of yourself, and as soon as you are well, get right back on track.

I hope you feel better. For some reason when I’m sick I eat even more and mostly ice cream.

be will still all be here when your’re up and about again. Right now you need to take care of yourself so you can continue on this journey, stronger than ever. I really do hope your’re feeling better soon.
