Great job, Josie!

Way to go, Josie! I'm proud of you for finding an alternative to running and really putting your heart into it. And I am very excited to see you posting again and hope to read new ones often. :)

Good job!

I just completed my first 5k of record yesterday, but I have big plans for a triathlon in the distant future, so I suppose I will have to start biking at some point! My favorite part of the race, as you said, was the camaraderie. LOVE the atmosphere. I go in thinking I'm going to get dirty looks for being fat and slow, and everyone is all, "Way to go! You can do it! Good job!" That feels so good. :)
