BIKING GOALS:
- Get over my fear and start riding my bike: January 20, 2010
- Sign up to do the biking portion of a triathlon
- Get a Road Bike
- Ride 15 miles
- Ride 30 miles
- Ride 60 miles
- Ride 100 miles
- Ride 10 mph pace
- Ride 15 mph pace
- Ride 20 mph pace
- Ride 25 mph pace
- Get a good off-road bike
- Complete a trail ride
RUNNING GOALS:
- Participate in (12) 5k races for the year (hopefully running at least one): I completed 8 prior to my foot injury. (and I did run more than one!)
- Walk/run/jog 500 miles (logging it here): I logged 324.4 miles in 2010 prior to my foot injury.
- Finish the C25K program: The decision to stop C25K was a turning point in my running career and one of the best decisions I made.
- Finish a mile in under 18 minutes: January 23, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 17 minutes: February 9, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 16 minutes: February 10, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 15 minutes: February 17, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 14 minutes: February 27, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 13 minutes: Closest I came before my foot injury was on May 8, 2010 when I ran a 13:33 pace.

- Run a 1/4 mile without having to stop to walk: January 25, 2010
- Run a half mile without having to stop to walk: February 27, 2010

- Run a 5k race without having to stop to walk: June 12, 2010
- Finish a half-marathon
- Finish a marathon
- Win an award for my age-group in a race
OTHER FITNESS GOALS:
- Learn to swim
- Sign up to do the swimming portion of a triathlon
- Walk stairs without getting winded
- Purchase The New Rules of Lifting for Women

- Sign up for karate (or another martial art if karate not available)

- Post weekly weigh-ins again
- Develop new recipes for Josweets
- No longer have a double chin
- Complete the Big Ass Photo Project

- Be able to tie my shoes with ease
- Ride bikes with my girls
- Buy clothes from a regular store
- Fit into size 14 Jeans: October 8, 2010
- Wear a pretty, sexy bra
- Wear white
